SMOKED SALMON RECIPES

Three ideas with salmon: fresh, simple and full of flavour.

← Back zur Homeseite

Three dishes for your table: salmon tartare with sushi salmon and keta salmon roe, smoked salmon with baked potato and sour cream, and flame-grilled salmon with dark rye bread. The linked ingredients are available at Delishopper.

Salmon tartare with fresh and smoked salmon

Tartare with fresh and smoked salmon served on a plate

Serves 4 as a small starter · about 20 minutes

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the well-chilled raw salmon into small cubes. Gently mix with the lemon juice, olive oil, finely chopped shallot, dill and pepper. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  2. Finely dice the smoked salmon too. Just before serving, fold it into the marinated raw salmon together with the capers. Do not add salt: the smoked salmon already provides seasoning.
  3. Arrange the tartare on chilled plates, top with keta salmon roe and finish with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately with salad and bread.

Use only salmon explicitly suitable for eating raw. Keep it refrigerated throughout and serve freshly prepared. Raw fish is not suitable for pregnant women, young children or people with a weakened immune system.
